iscsi_reconnect: improve local variable naming

The current iscsi context in iscsi_reconnect() is called "old_iscsi",
whilst the temporary context is called "iscsi". That is rather
confusing, and this fixes that by calling the current context "iscsi"
and the temporary context "tmp_iscsi".
