TESTS: SANITIZE tests. Print additional warnings.

Browse Source 
If SANITIZE is supported but we dont have the BlockDeviceCharacteristics
page we produce a warning.
If OVERWRITE is supported on SSDs we warn.
If BLOCK ERASE is supported on HDDs we warn.
