- server.rs: auto-merged successfully

Merged from remote:
- WebDAV performance fixes (OPTIONS/PROPFIND/PUT timeout)
- Incremental save implementation
- Web GUI features

Preserved from local:
- auth.sqlite user data
- Local WebDAV configurations
