Rajan Agaskar 43552494ee Remove jasmine.CATCH_EXCEPTIONS
- HTMLReporters should be rewritten to make this sort of thing easier.
- Fix HTMLReporter try/catch switch
- We can't really call resultCallback & throw, so that's been reverted
  for now.
