Update iscsi-ls and iscsi-inq

Browse Source 
to take the URLs in the form
iscsi://<host>[:<port>]
and
iscsi://<host>[:<port>]/<target-iqn>/<lun>

instead of specifying the values as --portal/--target/--lun
