SCSI add support for POSIX compatible iovectos
This patch defines an scsi_iovec struct which is guaranteed to be POSIX compatible. It furthermore adds support for in+out iovectors for bi-directional operations Signed-off-by: Peter Lieven <pl@kamp.de>
